About the event
The West Philadelphia Reading Promise Festival will be like a good book — it will take child attendees on a fun journey of literacy.
Each child will receive a passport upon entry and will be encouraged to visit at least 4 literacy program partner tables for activities. Children will receive a stamp/sticker for each activity they complete and will receive a special prize for their ‘travels’.
